It seems it's going to be....I like making cards so it's ok, but.....I received an order last week for 115 cards. That's a lot of cards! So over the next couple months, when I can, I'll update my blog with images of these cards. Till then, here are a few images of a custom card I created for a coworker, she gave it to her husband for Valentine's Day - ooh, Happy Valentine's Day, almost forgot. She had me print out a snappy little saying for the inside as well, something to the effect of "Despite your choice in football teams". She loved it. I'm sure at some point, it'll make its way into my Etsy shop, I struggle to create "guy" cards, and this one I think turned out pretty good.

Beach card custom orders
These are a couple beach themed cards I created last year, I've been wanting to post them but have been so so busy. I'm currently working on inventory for a bazaar I will be in at the end of the month and hope to post more soon once I can get caught up.
A coworker asked if I could create a birthday card for his aunt. Like I do for all custom orders, I asked if he could give me some ideas as to what his aunt liked. Based on that I started researching beach themes and found a card that I based my design on - I switched out and added other elements and just loved the way it turned out. Another coworker saw it and really liked it as well and asked if I could change it up a little bit and make it a birth announcement card for friend's of his from Florida that were having a baby girl. I substituted the adult hat and shoes for smaller versions and added a toy ducky. I love it too!

Custom Birthday Card-Purple Tulips
I love custom orders, they allow me to create something that I normally would not do on my own. A coworker of mine asked if I could create a birthday card for his wife, something girly with purple; a card she wouldn't think of throwing away. He then added she liked tulips; I sat down, created a sketch and this past weekend I was able to work on the card. It turned out so nice, and I could tell he really liked it and he's sure his wife is gonna love it too. Yippee!
